🧾 Refund & Cancellation Policy
All items — including custom, made-to-order, and in-stock — are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Please double-check all details (item, size, scent, color, quantity, and shipping address) before placing your order. I am always happy to answer questions ahead of time so you can feel confident before purchasing.
🚚 Exceptions — We’ve Got You Covered If:
Your item arrives damaged in transit
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Your package is lost in transit
If tracking shows no delivery after the expected timeframe, reach out and we will assist with filing a carrier claim and determining the next steps.
You received the wrong item
If an error was made on our end, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and we will correct it at no additional cost.
⏳ Processing Times
Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping estimates are shown at checkout.
Custom & Specialty Pieces (Butterfly Frames, Jewelry, Decor):
Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and current order volume.
Made-to-Order Candles, Perfumes, & Soaps:
Typically 5–14 business days.
In-Stock Items:
Typically 3–7 business days.

🦋 Butterfly Specimens & Ethical Sourcing
All butterflies are ethically sourced from regulated butterfly farms where they are raised and live their full natural life cycle. No butterflies are harmed or killed for art purposes. Each specimen is naturally preserved and carefully handled.
Because these are real specimens, natural variations in color, wing shape, and pattern are expected and celebrated.
💍 Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is handcrafted and should be handled with care.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
• Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or sleeping
• Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
Natural wear over time is normal and part of owning handmade jewelry.
🕯 Candle Safety & Care
Our candles are made with a high-quality coconut soy wax and poured in small batches.
For the first few burns, your candle may not form a full melt pool and can appear to be tunneling. This is normal for this wax blend and is designed to resolve naturally as the candle continues to burn. Be patient, allow the candle to burn, and enjoy the process.
• Always burn candles on a stable, heat-safe surface
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
• Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time
Variations in wax appearance, frosting, or color are normal with small-batch candles and do not affect performance.

Our perfumes and soaps are made in small batches using carefully selected fragrance oils.
• Scents may vary slightly between batches
• Perform a patch test before full use
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
These products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
🖐 Handmade Disclaimer
Because every item is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. Minor variations in color, size, texture, scent strength, or design are a natural part of the process and make each piece one of a kind. These variations are not considered defects.

Who should select local pickup?
Local pickup is intended for customers in the Las Vegas area, especially those I have previously worked with or met locally. Please only select this option if you are able to pick up your order.
Where will pickup take place?
Pickup may take place at local markets I am attending, Town Square, or another mutually agreed upon public location in the Las Vegas area. Specific details will be provided when your order is ready.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Once your order is ready, I will contact you using the email provided at checkout to coordinate a pickup time and location.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is not available for local pickup orders. If you would like your order delivered, please select the shipping option at checkout.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Please plan to pick up your order within a reasonable timeframe after being contacted. If you need additional time, feel free to communicate so arrangements can be made.
What should I bring to pickup?
Please bring your order confirmation email and be prepared to provide the name used at checkout.
What happens if I selected local pickup but cannot pick up my order?
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Shipping may be arranged for an additional fee if needed.
