🧾 Refund & Cancellation Policy
All items — including custom, made-to-order, and in-stock — are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
Please double-check all details (item, size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.) before placing your order. We're happy to answer any questions in advance to ensure you're fully confident in your purchase.
🚚 Exceptions — We’ve Got You Covered If:

Your item arrives damaged in transit
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on the situation. -
Your package is lost in transit
If your tracking number shows no delivery after the expected time, please reach out. We'll help file a claim with the carrier and offer a solution — such as a refund or replacement — based on the outcome. -
You received the wrong item
If we made a mistake (wrong size, color, or product), we'll make it right. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery, and we'll send a corrected item at no cost to you.
⏳ Processing Times
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout or discussed at the point of sale.

Processing time is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and current order backlog. -
Made-to-Order (Small Items):
Processing time is typically 5–14 business days. -
Made-to-Order (Larger Items):
Processing time is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the size of the piece and current backlog. -
In-Stock Items:
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days.

💳 Crochet Custom Order Payment Policy

All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

For orders over $75, we offer a split payment option:

50% deposit is required to begin your order

The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the item is shipped

Production will not begin until the initial payment is received. Final payment must be made within a reasonable timeframe of completion. Custom orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
🔧 Crochet Repair Policy
We stand behind the quality of our handmade crochet pieces and want you to enjoy them for a long time. If your item sustains any damage due to a manufacturing defect or seller error within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly repair it free of charge and cover the shipping costs to have the item sent back for repair.
How to Request a Repair:

Please send clear photos showing the damage.

Include a brief description of the problem and any relevant details.

Provide the date of purchase along with an official receipt or proof of purchase.

After reviewing your request, I will provide instructions on how to send the item back for repair.
Repairs Outside of Defects:
If your item sustains damage over time or from regular use, I will accept repair requests; however:

These repairs will not be free.

They may be declined depending on the extent of damage or feasibility of repair.

Shipping costs to send the item for repair will be the responsibility of the customer.
Important Clarification:
This repair policy is offered as a goodwill gesture and is not a warranty or guarantee against all types of damage or wear. It covers repairs for manufacturing defects and seller errors within the 14-day window and considers other repairs on a case-by-case basis.
